CKFTA, CFTA will apply to this solicitation. The Comprehensive Land Claim agreements will not apply. Requirement The NRC’s Center for Drone Innovation (CDI), part of the Drone and Flight Autonomy Laboratory (DFAL) is seeking to acquire a minimum of three fixed-wing, Vertical Take-Off and Landing (VTOL) capable, Unmanned Aerial Systems (UAS) to serve as versatile research and development platforms. These systems must meet specific technical and performance criteria to enable the research team to develop, test, and validate advanced aerial applications, including autonomy, flight control algorithms, and custom payload integrations. The selected UAS platforms will provide reliable and flexible testbeds that enhances the organization's capacity to conduct aerospace and robotics research. Note to Bidders The bidders must submit fixed unit price. All prices must be submitted in Canadian currency. Customs duties are excluded and applicable taxes are extra. Evaluation Process Bidders must meet all the mandatory criterion described in the Request for Proposal.
