RFQ New Rear Load Refuge truck

The City of Flin Flon is inviting qualified vendors to submit proposals for the supply and delivery of one new garbage truck suitable for municipal solid waste collection operations. The unit shall be a new, current-model truck designed for reliable curbside waste collection and capable of operating in varied weather and road conditions. The truck must include all standard equipment, safety features, warranties, manuals, and training necessary for municipal use. Vendors are expected to provide full specifications, delivery timelines, warranty information, service support details, and pricing. The successful proponent will be responsible for supplying a complete, road-ready garbage truck that meets or exceeds all applicable federal, provincial, and municipal safety standards, emissions requirements, and vehicle regulations. Submissions should include, at minimum: Detailed vehicle and body specifications Chassis, engine, transmission, and hydraulic system information Waste body capacity and compaction details Safety features and operator controls Warranty coverage Delivery schedule After-sales service and parts availability Total purchase price, including all fees, delivery, and applicable taxes where required The City of Flin Flon reserves the right to accept or reject any or all submissions and to award the tender in the best interest of the organization.
