861585 HBP – Long-Term Wharf Rehabilitation – Eng. Services & Options Analysis

This RFP is issued by Colliers Project Leaders Inc. acting on behalf of Hudson Bay Port (the “Owner”). The Owner is seeking a full-service fee proposal from qualified engineering consultants to carry out the services described in the RFP, including all required subconsultants. These services include but not limited to:  - Assess the current structural and geotechnical condition of the existing timber crib wharf and associated appurtenances. - Develop, evaluate, and compare multiple feasible repair and rehabilitation options. - Recommend a preferred repair strategy and advance it through conceptual design to  tender ready documentation, subject to Owner approvals at defined milestones.
