Mitacs IT Staff Augmentation Services

The objective of this Request for Pre-Qualification (“RFPQ”) is to identify and pre-qualify vendors with the experience and capability to provide technical staff augmentation services to support the technology and operational needs of Mitacs Inc. (“Mitacs”). Mitacs intends to establish a multi-vendor pool of qualified service providers capable of supplying skilled technical resources on an “as, if, and when requested” basis. Successful proponents will have the opportunity to provide qualified resources to support the continued development, enhancement, and operation of Mitacs’ technology platform and digital services environment. This procurement supports the Mitacs Enterprise Transformation (“MET”) initiative, which aims to modernize Mitacs’ technology environment, automate business processes, and enhance the client experience through the implementation of a Microsoft-based platform, including Microsoft Dynamics 365, the Microsoft Power Platform, and related cloud services. In addition, this procurement will provide Mitacs access to skilled resources to support the ongoing maintenance and evolution of these systems in future years.
