Recruitment Sourcing and Talent Search Platform

The Office of the Superintendent of Financial Institutions (OSFI) has a requirement for the provision of a cloud-based Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) recruitment sourcing and talent search platform, on a subscription basis, to support ongoing staffing and talent acquisition activities. The solution will enable designated users to proactively identify, search for, and engage potential candidates, with a focus on both active and passive talent, to support recruitment for specialized, senior-level, and hard-to-fill positions. The requirement includes access to core platform functionality, user licences, job posting capacity, and associated support services, over an initial period of one year with up to four additional one-year option periods.
