RFQ - Dynatrace Bridge Contract

Notice of Proposed ProcurementThis solicitation is for the purchase of Dynatrace Software Licences, Maintenance and Support, or equivalent, for Shared Services Canada.  The purpose of the resulting contract is to bridge the current operations from July 18, 2026 to July 18, 2027 (plus 2 optional periods) without any interruption in service in order to ensure continuation of maintenance and support during the upcoming public competitive process.This requirement is subject to the Policy on Prioritizing Canadian Suppliers and Canadian Content in Strategic Federal Procurements. This solicitation is only open to Canadian Suppliers and Suppliers of an Applicable Trading Partner as defined in Annex C – Bid Solicitation Definitions. Bids submitted by anyone other than a Canadian Supplier or a Supplier of an Applicable Trading Partner will be rejected.A bid must comply with all requirements of the bid solicitation to be declared responsive.
