Nature of Requirements: The following is a summary of the statement of work for this requirement.
The Correctional Service of Canada requires the provision of Speech-Language Pathology services to inmates (patients) at federal institutions within the Ontario Region.
Objectives: To provide assessment, intervention, consultation, and recommendations related to communication and swallowing disorders.
Deliverables: The Contractor must provide the following deliverables in accordance with the Statement of Work:
Assessment Reports:
Typewritten assessment reports following each patient’s assessment, including findings, clinical recommendations, and relevant information to support interdisciplinary care. Reports must comply with applicable legislation, professional standards of practice, and CSC documentation requirements.
Format and Language:
Deliverables must be provided in electronic format, in English.
Timelines: The Contractor must perform services and submit assessment reports within the timelines specified in the Statement of Work or as otherwise agreed to in writing by the Project Authority. All reports must be provided electronically to the Project Authority or delegate.
Any conditions for participation of suppliers not specified in solicitation documentation: none.

Period of the Contract: The Work is to be performed during the period of November 1, 2026 to October 31, 2029.
