This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes, for the listed requirements, previous solicitation of offers number E60HL-260015-A (WS5671059395, Doc5671089869) dated June 3, 2026 with a closing of June 15, 2026 at 2:00 PM EDT A debriefing or feedback session will be provided upon request to Offeror's who offered on the previous solicitation of offers. This Canadian Coast Guard requirement is for the supply of a total potential quantity of 5,450,000 litres of Naval Distillate Fuel as follows: a total firm quantity of 4,200,000 litres and a total optional quantity of 1,250,000 litres. The product is required between August 23 and October 2, 2026 over six deliveries via ship to ship at several locations in the Arctic.
