Public Services and Procurement Canada (PSPC), on behalf of Transport Canada (TC), has a requirement to replace the existing Movable Transfer Bridge (MTB) located in Souris, Prince Edward Island. The scope of work generally includes the removal and replacement of the MTB and all associated components at the Souris Ferry Terminal.
