W8160-25-2005 Academic and Professional Services and Courseware Development Support

Please note that late submissions will not be considered or accepted. The Department of National Defence (DND) has a requirement for academic and professional services, as well as courseware development support for Canadian Armed Forces (CAF) training courses offered through the Canadian Forces College (CFC). The Contractor is required to provide qualified resources on an “as-and-when-requested” basis through Task Authorizations. The required resources consist of Professional Course Specialist Instructors (Intermediate and Senior), Instructional Designers, and Research Assistants. Specific tasks will be issued through Task Authorizations, which will outline the scope, deliverables, timelines, and level of effort required for each resource. The period of the Contract is from the date of Contract award to 31 December 2028, plus two (2) additional one-year irrevocable option periods.
