Public Services and Procurement Canada requires the rehabilitation of Lower Liard Bridge, located at km 763.3 on the Alaska Highway in BC. This is the first phase (Phase One) of a two-phase process: the first phase will evaluate the qualifications of all interested Respondents; the second phase (Phase Two) will invite the qualified Respondents to provide a financial bid on the project based on the specifications and drawings which will be accessible through SAP Ariba.
