W684H-260293 - RISO - Ammonia Plant Repairs

Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of the Department of National Defence, intends to issue a Request for Standing Offer (RFSO) for the provision of on-demand operational and emergency repair services for ammonia refrigeration systems at Canadian Forces Base Halifax, in Nova Scotia. The Work includes the provision of all labour, materials, tools, equipment, transportation, and supervision required to carry out repairs and maintenance activities for ammonia refrigeration plants and associated equipment. The resulting standing offer will include an initial one-year period with option periods. Work will be performed on an “as and when requested” basis at various DND recreational facilities in the Halifax region. This procurement is subject to applicable trade agreements and the Government of Canada’s policy on reciprocal procurement. Solicitation documents will be available on the CanadaBuys website. Suppliers must be registered in SAP Ariba to access the solicitation documents. All enquiries must be submitted through SAP Ariba and directed to the Contracting Authority.
