This solicitation of offers cancels and supersedes previous solicitation of offers number Doc5563017478 dated February 17, 2026 with a closing of March 4, 2026 at 2 pm ET.The Canadian Forces College (CFC) requires a qualified contractor to supply, deliver, and install a patio tent designed to fit the existing space of 18 feet by 84 feet. The requirement also includes optional services for off-season storage, cleaning, seasonal setup and takedown of the patio tent, and extended warranty for two (2) years.Amendment 009: Amends the solicitation and extends posting to July 3, 2026.The Offeror must attend the mandatory site visit. The site visit will be held at 215 Yonge Boulevard on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, beginning at 10:00 am, in Canadian Forces College.Offerors must communicate with the Contract Authority no later than Tuesday, June 16, 2026 at 1 pm to confirm attendance and provide the name(s) of their representatives. There is a maximum of two (2) attendees per Offeror.
