Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) – Upcoming Qualification Stage
The Defence Investment Agency (DIA) advises potential suppliers that it intends to introduce an Invitation to Qualify (ITQ) phase as part of the procurement process for this requirement. The ITQ process is intended to assess and validate the capability of interested suppliers to meet specified mandatory qualification requirements before proceeding to subsequent phases of the procurement.
