All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by September 15, 2025 at 14:00 EDT. All offers submitted after September 15, 2025 at 14:00 EDT will have their offer submission evaluated within ninety (90) days from the receipt date. Canada is seeking qualified offerors to establish a Supply Arrangement (SA) for the provision of Specialized Trucking Services including flatbed trailers, step deck trailers and removable gooseneck trailers on behalf of the Department of National Defence.
